Our mind is open not blind for Electrical Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Networks Challenging Projects across Nigeria, Africa and World at large.
We are Havilahtrend Engineering Consult & Construction Limited (HECCL). We provide to our clients an obligation to execute contract as per the international and local stipulated regulations.
We are founded by a group of engineers with a seasoned campaigner with over several years of working/contractual and supply working experience. We are licensed by Federal Ministry of Mine and Power at Category 1 level, working assiduously at senior management level in the electrical industries in Nigeria, West Africa.
HECCL has expanded considerably in recent years to encompass a number of Engineering disciplines including:
- Building and Construction services
- Inspection and Testing
- Energy Scada network management
- Installation works particularly specialist on load flow network analysis
- Low/Medium voltage installation and commissioning
- Consultancy services.
HECCL has expanded considerably in recent years to encompass and provide electrical maintenance, installation/inspection and testing programme are an indispensable service for industries, helping companies; private organization meets their obligations with regard to the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and the Nigerian NERC distribution code and Cap 106 implementations. Whether providing site surveys, technical advice, producing fixed wiring drawings, or undertaking comprehensive testing, we are convinced of our ability to deliver the highest possible standards of quality services.

HECCL provide training, on Network Load flow calculation and fault Level determinations, protective relaying application technology, and energy saving programs with the use of capacitor banks and using necessary apparatus to reduce load on network.
