EDWARD EHIOROBO (Director)
Mr. Edward Ehiorobo is one of the Directors and motivating figure of Havilahtrend International Limited. He is known as specialist practitioner in Construction management and actively doing wonderful work in Diaspora and acting as a Consultant in all our Building and Civil related service.
He has vast application experienced in Building/Civil Engineering services for the past twenty (20) years, his experience began in building and Civil works in 1987 in Benin City Edo state, Nigeria.
He is a registered Chartered Surveyor in UK.
Mr. Edward Ehiorobo obtained his MSC degree in Construction Management, from South Bank University UK; additionally, he has a Diploma in Building Surveying (with exemption from all RICS exams) Glasgow College of Building, Glasgow in UK.
His Working Experience spans from Technical Services Manager, Hyde Southbank Homes London he manage the technical team which includes the maintenance and regeneration team and ensure that the association’s targets are met, reporting to the association’s Board on all technical issues including maintenance, regeneration and development of new housing. He develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of service.
He was a Project Manager, Ridgehill Housing Association UK Involved in the preparation of Stock Condition Surveys, feasibility and costed reports, specification and contract documentation including acting as Contract Administration for various projects with vacant and tenanted properties. Involved in a number of partnering projects, including Conway and Arundel House regeneration, which comprises of internal and external refurbishment of 24 maisonettes and development of 7 flats for market renting. He was also Involved in providing full planning supervisor role for range of projects including major repairs, refurbishment, improvements and planned maintenance works. In one occasion have also acted as designer under the CDM Regulations. Preparation and implementation of planned maintenance programmes, stock reinvestment programmes, annual expenditure budgets and monitoring budgets.
Managing staff, consultant and undertaking consultation exercise with tenants and leaseholders and attending residents’ association meetings.
He work as a Surveyor, with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Tenant Management Organisation, in UK Working as part of a multi disciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance cyclical and planned maintenance programme for the council’s housing stock and social services buildings. He was also involved in preparation of schedule of dilapidations, party wall Awards and condition surveys. Preparation of specification and contract documentation for refurbishment and alteration projects. This includes cyclical decorations, re-roofing, adaptation and thermal efficiency works.
He works as Surveyor and Senior Surveyor, Quintessence Surveying and Management Services, Working in private practice as part of a multi disciplinary team. All aspects of building surveying works for public and private clients. Which basically involved preparation of measured surveys, preparation of drawings and specification and budget estimates in connection with refurbishment and improvement works including acting as contract administrator. As Senior Surveyor, had responsibility over a small team of Surveyors ensuring that the clients’ needs are met and maintaining an advisory and monitoring role to subordinate staff.
